If iPhone SE (2nd gen) currently runs iOS 26.x, iOS 27 is the current signed major train. Back up first. Early iOS 26 needed 26.0.1 for radio and camera faults on then-new hardware — apply any iOS 27 point release that appears after 27.0 before you diagnose a unique new bug.
If Software Update is blank, the catalog is stale or storage is too low — not a missing entitlement. Use the update-not-showing checklist before you assume the phone was dropped.
